Roof & Power Co respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we may receive when you contact us about roofing, solar, electrical coordination or property-maintenance work, and how we use it.
Information we may collect
When you call, email or request a quote through our Jobber client hub, you may choose to provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, suburb, job description, property photos and access information.
How we use the information
- to respond to enquiries and prepare or refine a quote;
- to assess property access, visible conditions and the likely service scope;
- to schedule and coordinate approved work;
- to keep job records, communicate progress and provide completion information; and
- to meet applicable safety, licensing, accounting and legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be handled using reputable phone, messaging, job-management, scheduling, accounting or storage providers that support the service. Quote requests submitted through our Jobber client hub are also subject to Jobber’s privacy terms.
Website analytics and advertising
Analytics or advertising measurement tools may be added to help understand website use and campaign results. If enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies. This policy will be updated when those tools are configured.
Disclosure and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information reasonably required with a licensed trade contractor, supplier or service provider involved in your requested work, or where disclosure is required by law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and any applicable obligations.
Photos and reviews
Property photos supplied for quoting or job records are not used publicly as marketing material without appropriate permission. Reviews may be displayed with the reviewer’s consent or where lawfully sourced from a public review platform.
