Solar Maintenance
Keep the array and the roof under it in good shape.
Rooftop solar is exposed to dust, pollen, salt haze, leaves and birds all year. Regular attention keeps the panels clean and catches small roof-side problems before they grow.
Our solar maintenance visits are roof-side: we clean the panels with panel-safe methods, check bird mesh and clear debris from around and under the array where it can be reached, and photograph anything that looks wrong. Electrical testing and inverter faults are not part of a roof-side visit.
