Can you find where my roof is leaking?
Usually, yes. Water often travels along timbers before it shows on a ceiling, so we trace it back from the inside and the outside. Intermittent leaks can take longer to pin down, and we will tell you if a second visit is needed.
Do you repair both tile and metal roofs?
Yes. We repair terracotta and concrete tile roofs and metal roofs, including tile replacement, ridge capping repointing, screw and sheet repairs and flashings.
Will I get a price before you start?
Yes. We inspect the roof, explain what we found and send a written quote. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Should I repair or restore my roof?
If the problems are isolated, a repair is usually the right call. If the roof has widespread worn pointing, porous tiles or faded and failing coatings, a restoration may be better value. We will give you an honest view of both.
